- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For no reason will I be going back to this facility except to get all our medical records. It takes nearly months to get test results back, the phone lines are always busy, if you leave a message they almost never get back to you and if they do its several days later, half the staff their seems as if they don't know what they are doing, and what's the point of having a family Dr if they cant even call in pain meds for your child's obviously broken arm seeing as its already in a cast.
